  2. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
  4. Process returns and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of IKEA products and services to assist customers with their needs.
  6. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and ensure their satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless shopping experience for customers.
  8. Proactively identify and address potential customer service issues.
  9. Keep track of inventory and stock levels to assist customers with product availability.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  11. Continuously seek out ways to improve the customer experience and suggest ideas to management.
  12. Attend training sessions and stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.
  13. Communicate effectively with customers and team members in a professional and courteous manner.
  14. Adhere to company standards for customer service and strive to exceed expectations.
  15. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  16. Assist with other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
