  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with their returns and exchanges, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of IKEA's return and exchange policies and procedures.
  5. Process returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently using IKEA's systems and tools.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on their return or exchange status.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or complaints regarding returns or exchanges.
  8. Collaborate with other IKEA departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Stay updated on product knowledge and store promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area to provide a welcoming environment for customers.
  11. Follow safety and security procedures to protect customers and company assets.
  12. Actively seek out ways to improve the customer service and returns process.
  13. Uphold IKEA's values and represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
  14. Attend training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
