  2. Process returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all IKEA policies and procedures are followed.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or complaints from customers, taking necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of all IKEA products and services in order to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.
  6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  7. Keep track of returns and exchanges, and report any recurring issues to the appropriate department for further action.
  8. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all IKEA standards are met.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
  11. Continuously seek to improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.
