  3. Processing returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  5. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of IKEA products, services, and store layout to assist customers effectively.
  6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and customer service skills.
  7. Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  8. Keeping track of inventory and stock levels to assist customers with product availability.
  9. Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  10. Maintaining a clean and organized work area to create a welcoming environment for customers.
  11. Staying up to date on all store policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
