  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all IKEA customers by addressing their questions, concerns, and returns in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for customers, greeting them with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  3. Listen actively and empathetically to customers' needs and concerns, and work to resolve any issues they may have.
  4. Utilize problem-solving skills to find solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Process customer returns accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the IKEA brand and values.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  9. Use communication skills to provide clear and concise information to customers, both in person and over the phone.
  10. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
