IKEA is looking for an outstanding Customer Service Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone that is passionate about helping customers and providing exceptional service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with inquiries, complaints, and orders. You will be responsible for responding to emails, phone calls, and live chats.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to think quickly and problem-solve. You should have a friendly and professional demeanor and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
