We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused individual to join our IKEA team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the customer experience, providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. You’ll need to be a positive problem solver, have a ‘can-do’ attitude, and be able to think on your feet – no two days will be the same!To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service. You should also be a strong communicator, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. You’ll need to be comfortable using computer systems, and have an understanding of retail operations.
