Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate, customer-focused individual to join our IKEA team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll be a key part of the customer experience, providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. You’ll need to be a positive problem solver, have a ‘can-do’ attitude, and be able to think on your feet – no two days will be the same!To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service. You should also be a strong communicator, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. You’ll need to be comfortable using computer systems, and have an understanding of retail operations. If you’re passionate about helping people and delivering great customer service, this could be the role for you!
