1. Develop and implement strategies for maintaining and elevating the overall guest experience at all IHOP restaurants.

4. Monitor and analyze guest feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

11. Work closely with the human resources department to recruit, hire, and retain top talent for all restaurant positions.
12. Oversee the budget for the Restaurant Excellence department and ensure cost-effective operations.
13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about industry developments.
14. Communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
