At IHOP, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our team. This friendly and hard-working individual will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience for them. As a Server at IHOP, you will have the opportunity to develop customer service skills, build relationships with guests, and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong work ethic, and an outgoing and friendly personality. We are looking for someone who can handle a variety of tasks, is able to multitask, and is able to stay organized in a busy restaurant. We require a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Server in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
2. Ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by creating a welcoming atmosphere.
3. Provide excellent customer service and respond to guests’ questions and concerns in a timely manner.
4. Handle payments and balance cash drawers.
5. Monitor food and beverage stock levels and restock when necessary.
6. Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
7. Clean and reset tables.
8. Work with other servers and restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
9. Follow IHOP’s policies and procedures.
10. Maintain valid food safety certification.
