1. Develop engaging and innovative learning experiences: The Senior Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating training materials and programs that are both engaging and effective in teaching new skills and knowledge to employees.
2. Apply adult learning principles: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and will be able to incorporate them into the design of training materials to ensure maximum effectiveness.
3. Collaborate with team members: The Senior Instructional Designer will work closely with other members of the training and development team to brainstorm ideas and ensure consistency in training materials across the organization.
