- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure menu items are aligned with company goals and brand standards.
- Manage menu publishing process, including coordinating with vendors and printers to ensure timely and accurate production.
- Develop and maintain menu templates and guidelines for consistent branding across all locations.
- Monitor menu performance and make data-driven recommendations for menu updates and changes.
- Work closely with culinary team to develop and test new menu items.
- Ensure all menu items are compliant with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior analysts to ensure high-quality work and growth within the team.
- Manage menu publishing budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in menu design and publishing.
- Communicate with restaurant managers and franchise owners to address any menu-related concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns related to menu items.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on menu performance to senior management.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve menu publishing processes and procedures.
Extensive Experience In Menu Development And Publishing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Developing And Publishing Menus For A Large Restaurant Chain, Preferably In The Casual Dining Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Culinary Trends And Customer Preferences: The Senior Analyst Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Current Culinary Trends And Be Able To Incorporate Them Into Menu Offerings That Appeal To Ihop's Target Demographic.
Proficiency In Menu Management Software: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Menu Management Software Such As Menulink Or Menumax, And Be Able To Navigate And Utilize Its Features Effectively.
Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Often With Tight Deadlines. The Senior Analyst Should Have Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills To Ensure Menu Publishing Projects Are Completed On Time And To The Highest Quality Standards.
