  1. Develop and implement real estate strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential property sites for acquisition, development, and/or leasing.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support real estate decisions.
  4. Negotiate and secure favorable terms for property transactions.
  5. Oversee the development and construction process of new restaurant locations.
  6. Manage existing properties, including lease negotiations, maintenance, and renovations.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of real estate projects.
  8. Monitor and report on real estate market trends and competitors' activities.
  9. Maintain relationships with landlords, brokers, and other real estate partners.
  10. Develop and manage the real estate department budget.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Real Estate Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Real Estate Properties, Preferably In The Restaurant Or Hospitality Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Property Laws And Regulations: A Strong Understanding Of Local, State, And Federal Laws Related To Real Estate, Zoning, And Land Use Is Essential For Ensuring Compliance And Avoiding Legal Issues.
