As the first point of contact for technical issues, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant operations run smoothly.   1. Serve as the first point of contact for all technical issues and inquiries from team members at IHOP restaurants.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to and resolving technical issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  3. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software related issues for various technology systems used by IHOP restaurants.
  4. Monitor and maintain the performance of technology systems and escalate any potential issues to the appropriate team.
  5. Collaborate with different departments to identify and implement solutions to improve technology processes and procedures.
  6. Train and educate team members on how to effectively use technology systems and troubleshoot basic issues.
  7. Document and track all technical support requests and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology developments and trends in order to provide the best support possible.
  9. Maintain confidentiality and security of all technology systems and sensitive information.
  10. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in resolving technical issues to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
