- Uphold the restaurant's standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Assist in training new hosts/hostesses on restaurant policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Stay updated on restaurant policies and procedures.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Greet Guests Warmly And Handle Complaints Or Issues In A Professional Manner.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Interact With Guests And Team Members.
