  1. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
  2. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests by providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Manage and monitor employee performance, including hiring, training, scheduling, and providing feedback and recognition.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability of the restaurant.
  5. Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and operational expenses.
  6. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other partners.
  8. Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to attract and retain customers.
  10. Monitor and analyze financial reports and make strategic decisions based on data.
  11. Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide updates, receive feedback, and address any concerns.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to continuously improve the restaurant's performance.
  13. Uphold and maintain the company's standards and uphold its values at all times.
  14. Collaborate with other managers and team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
  15. Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures.
  16. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  17. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  18. Lead by example and maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Successful General Manager At Ihop Must Have Excellent Leadership Abilities And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Diverse Team Of Employees.

  • Restaurant Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role Within The Restaurant Industry, Preferably In A Similar Fast-Paced And High-Volume Environment.
