Franchise Business Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Provide guidance and advice to IHOP franchise owners on business operations, management, and growth strategies.
2. Develop and implement franchise-specific training, support, and development plans.
3. Analyze franchise performance data and identify areas for improvement.
4. Assist in the development of new franchise products and services.
5. Monitor franchisees' compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with franchise owners and other stakeholders.
7. Facilitate franchisee meetings and workshops.
8. Assist with the recruitment and selection of new franchisees.
9. Prepare and present reports to management on franchise performance.
10. Travel to various locations for meetings and training.
