Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to grow the IHOP franchise network.
2. Analyze franchise performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Provide guidance and advice to franchisees to help them maximize their success.
4. Consult with franchisees to ensure compliance with IHOP policies and procedures.
5. Create and implement training programs for new and existing franchisees.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the franchise network.
7. Resolve disputes between franchisees and corporate headquarters.
8. Track and report on franchise performance metrics.
9. Identify market trends and potential new opportunities for IHOP franchises.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of franchise best practices.
