Franchise Business Consultant

IHOP is currently searching for an experienced Franchise Business Consultant to join our team. As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consulting services to IHOP franchisees. You will work with franchisees to design and implement strategies that will improve their business operations and increase their profitability.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, and a strong understanding of the restaurant industry. Responsibilities:

1. Provide consulting services to IHOP franchisees on business operations and strategies.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability for IHOP franchisees.
3. Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide excellent customer service.
4. Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on current trends and regulations in the restaurant industry.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with franchisees.
6. Monitor franchisees’ performance and provide feedback and guidance.
7. Provide technical assistance to franchisees with operations and financial management.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies for franchisees.
9. Assist franchisees with any additional business needs.
