  3. Implement effective plans and procedures to maximize profitability.
  4. Monitor the progress of franchise operations and provide feedback.
  5. Guide franchisees through the process of setting up and running their business.
  6. Provide guidance and advice on how to resolve any issues that may arise.
  7. Foster a positive, family-oriented environment that provides memorable experiences.
  8. Maintain strong relationships with franchisees to ensure their satisfaction.
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends and new developments.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure business objectives are met.
