Job Description

IHOP is looking for an experienced Franchise Business Consultant to join our team! As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing guidance and strategic initiatives to our franchisees. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing franchise and help shape our future.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchising, business consulting, or a related field. We are looking for an individual who is a strategic thinker, able to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth. The successful candidate will also be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with a fast-paced work environment. If you are a self-starter and have a passion for helping others, we want to speak with you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide guidance and strategic initiatives to franchisees to drive growth and success.
  2. Develop strategies to increase the success of franchises.
  3. Identify opportunities to improve operations and processes.
  4. Analyze data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
  5. Create reports and presentations to effectively communicate recommendations to franchisees.
  6. Work closely with franchisees to ensure they are maximizing their success.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the performance of franchisees.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure franchisees have the resources they need to succeed.
  9. Remain up to date on industry trends and best practices.
  10. Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
