7. Monitor and manage financial resources to ensure that franchise operations are running efficiently.
8. Assist franchisees with developing and implementing business plans.
9. Provide training and development programs for franchisees and their staff.
10. Establish and maintain strong communication channels between franchisees and IHOP.
