Job Description

IHOP is looking for an exceptional Franchise Business Consultant to join our team and help drive the success of our franchisees. This highly analytical role requires an individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and achieve success in a collaborative setting. To be successful in this role, you must be a motivated self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze current business processes and identify areas of improvement for franchisees.
  2. Work collaboratively with franchisees to develop and implement strategic plans for success.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure franchisee success.
  4. Provide training and advice to franchisees on best practices and operations.
  5. Monitor franchisees' performance and provide feedback on progress.
  6. Leverage data to identify trends and opportunities to drive growth.
  7. Develop and implement plans for increasing efficiency and profitability.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and develop innovative solutions.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations for management.
  10. Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement in franchise operations.
