Food Expeditor

In addition to having the ability to coordinate with other kitchen and front-of-house staff, the successful candidate should also possess a strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities:

1. Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by providing timely and accurate food orders.
2. Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient food service and timely delivery of food.
3. Monitor food preparation and assembly to ensure quality and accuracy of orders.
4. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
5. Assist with stocking and stocking of food items and supplies.
6. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
7. Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained in proper working order.
8. Communicate customer feedback to management and take appropriate action to resolve any customer complaints.
9. Assist with other duties as assigned.
