Responsibilities: • Ensure that food orders are correctly prepared and delivered to customers on time. • Work under pressure, multitask and take initiative to ensure that customers receive the best possible experience. • Work with a variety of personalities and be an effective problem solver. • Ensure that all food orders are accurate and served in a timely manner. • Monitor kitchen staff to ensure that orders are being prepared and cooked correctly. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Communicate with customers and staff in a professional manner. • Troubleshoot customer complaints and provide solutions. • Assist in training new staff members. • Remain knowledgeable about menu items, specials, and promotions.
