8. Collaborate with other district managers and corporate leadership to identify and implement best practices.
9. Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
10. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company standards.
11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
12. Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and assist with ordering and receiving supplies.
13. Participate in budget planning and manage expenses for the district.
14. Conduct regular performance evaluations for managers and staff and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
15. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make strategic recommendations.
16. Promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the district.
17. Travel to various locations within the district as needed.
18. Represent the company at community events and engage in community outreach initiatives.
19. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
