- Oversee multiple IHOP locations within a designated district.
- Ensure that all locations are operating at the highest level of quality and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability across all locations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of each location and take necessary actions to address any issues.
- Hire, train, and develop restaurant managers and staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency across all locations.
- Conduct regular visits to each location to assess operations and provide feedback and support.
- Collaborate with other district managers and corporate leadership to identify and implement best practices.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and assist with ordering and receiving supplies.
- Participate in budget planning and manage expenses for the district.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for managers and staff and provide coaching and feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make strategic recommendations.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the district.
- Travel to various locations within the district as needed.
- Represent the company at community events and engage in community outreach initiatives.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Continuously strive to improve and maintain the high standards of the IHOP brand.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Restaurant Management, Preferably In A Multi-Unit Or District Manager Role.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Managers And Employees.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Staff, Customers, And Corporate Management.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales And Profit Goals, With Experience In Budgeting, Cost Control, And P&L Management.
Knowledge Of Ihop Brand Standards And Procedures, As Well As A Passion For Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences.
