- Oversee multiple restaurants within the designated district and ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Train and mentor restaurant managers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully run their locations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of each restaurant in the district and take appropriate action to address any issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with other district managers and upper management to share best practices and improve overall operations.
- Conduct regular visits to restaurants to evaluate service, cleanliness, and overall customer experience.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Hire, train, and develop new managers and team members.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from individual team members to upper management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to make informed decisions and keep the brand competitive.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure compliance with labor laws and handle any employee relations issues.
- Travel to different locations within the district as needed.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Restaurant Management, Preferably In The Food Service Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Leadership And Team Building Skills.
Strong Financial Acumen And Experience Managing P&L Statements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Motivate A Diverse Team.
