1. Oversee multiple restaurants within the designated district and ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
3. Train and mentor restaurant managers to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully run their locations.
4. Monitor and analyze financial performance of each restaurant in the district and take appropriate action to address any issues.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
6. Collaborate with other district managers and upper management to share best practices and improve overall operations.
7. Conduct regular visits to restaurants to evaluate service, cleanliness, and overall customer experience.
8. Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
9. Hire, train, and develop new managers and team members.
10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from individual team members to upper management.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and changes to make informed decisions and keep the brand competitive.
12. Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions and events to attract and retain customers.
13. Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure compliance with labor laws and handle any employee relations issues.
14. Travel to different locations within the district as needed.
15. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
