- Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Ensure that all health, safety, and sanitation standards are being met within the district.
- Act as a liaison between IHOP corporate and the restaurants within the district.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make strategic business decisions.
- Conduct regular inspections of restaurants to ensure they are meeting IHOP's standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Represent IHOP in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees, Customers, And Upper Management.
