- Oversee the operations of multiple IHOP locations in the surrounding area.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered across all locations.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of restaurant managers and staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each location and provide feedback and guidance to improve operations.
- Create and maintain budgets for each location, including labor and food costs.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and timely deliveries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all locations are adhering to health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular meetings and trainings with restaurant managers and staff to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards.
- Travel to different locations as needed to oversee operations and provide support to managers and staff.
- Represent the company at community events and maintain a positive public image.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Restaurant Management, Preferably In A Multi-Unit Setting.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Or A Related Field Is Preferred.
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Developing Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Both Employees And Customers.
Knowledge Of Restaurant Operations, Including Inventory Management, Budgeting, And Profitability Analysis.
