- Oversee the operations of multiple IHOP locations within the district.
- Ensure all locations uphold the high standards of quality and customer service set by IHOP.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and increase profitability.
- Train, mentor, and coach restaurant managers and staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments to achieve desired results.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other district managers and corporate teams to share best practices and ideas.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and control costs.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends and competition.
- Communicate effectively with restaurant managers, staff, and corporate teams.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Represent IHOP in a professional and positive manner at all times.
A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role, Preferably In The Food Service Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Knowledge Of Restaurant Operations, Including Inventory Management, Scheduling, And Budgeting.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Employees, Customers, And Upper Management.
Flexibility To Work Varied Hours, Including Nights And Weekends, As Well As Travel To Different Locations Within The Assigned District.
