- Oversee and manage multiple IHOP locations within a designated district, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability across all locations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant managers and staff, providing guidance and support to promote a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, maintain brand standards, and address any issues or concerns.
- Foster positive relationships with franchise owners, vendors, and other business partners to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any conflicts.
- Implement and maintain effective inventory management, cost control, and labor management practices to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on district performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to make strategic business decisions and stay ahead of the competition.
- Continuously strive to improve guest experiences and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through positive interactions and swift resolution of any complaints or issues.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role Within The Restaurant Industry
