Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team and oversee multiple IHOP locations. As a District Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each restaurant operates efficiently and delivers exceptional dining experiences to our customers.   1. Oversee multiple IHOP locations: The District Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the operations of several IHOP restaurants within a designated district.
  2. Ensure efficient operations: The District Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all restaurants within their district are running smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on maximizing profits and minimizing costs.
  3. Maintain high standards: The District Manager will be responsible for setting and maintaining high standards for food quality, customer service, and cleanliness in all restaurants within their district.
  4. Train and develop teams: The District Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing restaurant managers and staff within their district to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  5. Monitor performance: The District Manager will be responsible for monitoring the performance of each restaurant within their district, including sales, profits, and employee productivity, and taking corrective action as needed.
  6. Implement company policies and procedures: The District Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all restaurants within their district are following company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
  7. Collaborate with other departments: The District Manager will work closely with other departments, such as marketing and human resources, to ensure that the restaurants within their district are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  8. Conduct regular inspections: The District Manager will conduct regular inspections of all restaurants within their district to ensure that they are meeting company standards for cleanliness, food quality, and customer service.
  9. Handle customer complaints: The District Manager will be responsible for handling any customer complaints or issues that arise within their district, ensuring that they are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
  10. Provide support and guidance: The District Manager will provide support and guidance to restaurant managers and staff within their district, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve success.

Job Qualifications
  • Prior Management Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Or Management Role, Preferably In The Food Service Industry.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team, As Well As Communicate With Upper Management.

  • Financial Management Skills: Ability To Manage Financial Aspects Of The District, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Cost Analysis.

  • Knowledge Of Ihop Standards And Procedures: Familiarity With Ihop's Brand Standards, Operational Procedures, And Company Policies To Ensure Consistency And Compliance Within The District.

  • Customer Service Orientation: A Commitment To Providing Exceptional Customer Service And Creating A Positive Guest Experience, As Well As The Ability To Handle And Resolve Customer Complaints Effectively.
