  1. Oversee and manage the operations of multiple restaurant locations within the designated region.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive profitability and achieve sales targets.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial performance of each restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all restaurants.
  5. Lead and mentor restaurant managers and teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention.
  6. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality standards are being met and maintained.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and finance, to ensure cohesive and effective operations.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and quality for restaurant supplies.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  10. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  11. Conduct training and development programs for restaurant managers and employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  12. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
  13. Manage budgets and control expenses to achieve financial targets.
  14. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
  15. Represent the company at community events and networking opportunities to promote the brand and build relationships.
  16. Travel to different restaurant locations as needed to provide support and guidance.
  17. Uphold the company's values and culture, and act as a role model for employees.
  18. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  19. Collaborate with the company's leadership team to develop and implement long-term growth strategies.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation to enhance the overall performance of the district.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Restaurant Management, Preferably In A Multi-Unit Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Restaurant Operations, Including Financial Management, Marketing, And Customer Service.
