  • Oversee the operations of multiple IHOP restaurants within a designated district, ensuring that each location meets and exceeds company standards for guest experience, food quality, and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and increase profitability across all locations in the district.
  • Lead and mentor a team of General Managers and their staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work culture and providing ongoing training and support.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as sales, labor costs, and guest satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and provide feedback and coaching to General Managers and their teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and finance, to support the growth and success of the district.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competition, and use this knowledge to make strategic business decisions.
  • Ensure all restaurants in the district are in compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Manage and control operating expenses within budget constraints.
  • Handle any escalated guest or employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Represent IHOP as a brand ambassador, fostering positive relationships with franchisees, vendors, and the local community.
  • Stay informed of and comply with all company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: A District Manager At Ihop Must Possess Excellent Leadership Qualities, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team Of Managers And Employees.

  • Experience In Restaurant Management: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Restaurant Management, Preferably In The Casual Dining Industry.
