Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee the operations of several IHOP restaurants, ensuring that they are delivering exceptional food and service to our guests.   1. Oversee the operations of multiple IHOP restaurants within a designated district.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
  3. Ensure that all restaurants are delivering exceptional food and service to guests.
  4. Train and mentor restaurant managers and staff to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  5. Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profits.
  6. Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to promote and increase brand awareness.
  7. Conduct regular site visits to assess restaurant cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance.
  8. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  9. Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and implement new policies and procedures.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company and industry regulations, including food safety and labor laws.
  11. Communicate effectively with restaurant managers, team members, and corporate leadership.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  13. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  14. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve operations.
  15. Manage budget and expenses for the district and maintain financial accountability.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills: The District Manager Must Have The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Restaurant Managers And Employees To Achieve Business Goals And Maintain High Standards Of Service.

  • Multi-Unit Management Experience: Previous Experience Managing Multiple Ihop Restaurants Or Other Similar Chain Restaurants Is Preferred, As The District Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Operations Of Several Locations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The District Manager Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Restaurant Managers, Employees, And Corporate Executives To Ensure Smooth Operations And Address Any Issues That May Arise.

  • Financial Acumen: The District Manager Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Restaurant Financials, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Cost Control, To Ensure Profitability And Meet Financial Targets.

  • Customer Service-Oriented: The District Manager Must Have A Strong Commitment To Providing Excellent Customer Service And Ensuring That All Restaurants Within Their District Maintain High Quality Standards And Guest Satisfaction.
