1. Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and staffing.

3. Lead and motivate a team of bartenders and bar staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
4. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our menu offerings and beverage selections, as well as any promotions or specials.
5. Ensure that all drinks are prepared and served according to IHOP's standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
6. Monitor and control inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storing products, to ensure the bar is properly stocked at all times.
7. Develop and implement efficient and effective processes and procedures to streamline operations and maximize productivity.
8. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve any issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Collaborate with other departments, such as the kitchen and front of house, to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
11. Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail creations, and make recommendations for menu updates to continuously improve the bar's offerings.
12. Uphold IHOP's brand standards and values, ensuring a positive and professional representation of the company at all times.
