- Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any customer concerns or complaints.
- Maintain a well-stocked and efficient bar, including monitoring inventory levels and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Lead and motivate a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operation of the bar.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean bar environment.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all state and local alcohol regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant managers to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any issues or concerns.
- Stay current on industry trends and make recommendations for menu changes or improvements to enhance the guest experience.
Extensive Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry, With At Least 3 Years Of Management Experience In A Bar Or Restaurant Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Alcoholic And Non-Alcoholic Beverages, Including Mixing And Serving Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Train And Manage A Team Of Bartenders And Servers.
Knowledge Of Local And State Alcohol Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Managing Inventory And Controlling Costs.
A Positive And Customer-Focused Attitude, With The Ability To Provide Exceptional Service And Handle Any Customer Complaints Or Issues In A Professional Manner.
