1. Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, scheduling, and quality control.

4. Lead and motivate a team of bartenders to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.

6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean bar environment.
7. Monitor and enforce compliance with all state and local alcohol regulations.
