- Schedule and oversee staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Manage and maintain all bar equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and promptly addressing any maintenance issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and techniques to enhance the bar menu and offerings.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a safe and clean bar area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Extensive Experience In The Food And Beverage Industry, With At Least 3 Years In A Managerial Role.
Knowledge Of Liquor Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Inventory Management And Ordering.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And The Ability To Handle Customer Complaints And Resolve Issues In A Professional Manner.
Proven Track Record Of Increasing Sales And Meeting Financial Targets, With A Strong Understanding Of Budgeting And Cost Control.
