- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues in a timely manner.

- Manage and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a smooth and seamless operation of the restaurant.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage the bar budget to minimize waste and control costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve the bar operations.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of supplies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
Previous Experience As A Bar Manager Or In A Leadership Role In A Bar Or Restaurant Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Bar Operations, Including Inventory Management, Ordering, And Customer Service.
Familiarity With State And Local Alcohol Regulations And Ability To Ensure Compliance.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Train And Manage A Team.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Nights And Weekends, To Ensure Smooth Operation Of The Bar.
