1. Oversee all aspects of the bar operations, including inventory management, staff training, and guest satisfaction.

15. Maintain all necessary records and reports related to bar operations.

17. Continuously evaluate and improve upon bar operations to enhance guest satisfaction.
18. Provide support and guidance to staff members, including coaching and performance evaluations.
19. Attend meetings and training sessions as required by the company.
