13. Create and maintain a schedule for bar staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
14. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment and storage areas.
15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to alcohol service and safety.
16. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
17. Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
18. Stay informed on all relevant laws and regulations related to alcohol service and ensure compliance.
19. Continuously strive to improve the overall guest experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
20. Act as a positive role model for bar staff and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
