Bakery Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Preparing pastries, cakes, and other desserts from scratch according to IHOP standards.
2. Decorating desserts with creative techniques to ensure attractive presentation.
3. Ensuring that all kitchen items leaving the kitchen are of the highest quality.
4. Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the kitchen and all equipment.
5. Adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
6. Assisting with inventory management and restocking of baking supplies.
7. Performing other duties as assigned by the Bakery Manager.
