
Office Administrator
To provide administrative support to the General Manager and to coordinate vendor services for the maintenance and operations of the Regional Office. Provide professional support to Regional General Manager. Coordinate Regional Dealer Council Meeting arrangements and travel as well as Council annual elections. Coordinate employee meetings, luncheons, and Region group events. Routine updates to Marketing/MSP programs. Communication of Sales and Marketing Calendar events. Support Regional Staff in the submission of NHQ proposals (MSP, Incentive Exceptions, STAR Issues etc.). Act as Regional liaison with for HAEA β (Liaison, Coordination, HMA communication). Serve as Regional contact for HMA wireless vendor and HMA Wireless/Facilities Team.
2-4 years of work experience
At least two years of office supervisory level experience desired.
Knowledge of automotive dealer terminology helpful
