Job Description

Responsibilities will include cultivation and oversite of the overall Genesis retailer reporting eco-system. Leading the creation of the retailer reporting dashboard and operational scorecard. Leading the creation of the regional scorecards and reporting system. Align internal systems to support the Genesis customer journey map. Align retailer-facing systems to support The Genesis Way & the Genesis Keystone program. Identify required systems that will drive systemic change and improvement across the GMA Retailer Network. Lead creation and implementation of the Retail Contact Report. Plan, KPI tracking and high impact interventions focused on retailer management, team performance and process.

Job Qualifications

Seven years in automotive industry (or equivalent).
Three years of Process Improvement experience in both dealer facing and corporate environments.
Experience with process improvement mythology
Experience with standard automotive systems
Solid work ethic with desire to contribute to achieving team goals and revenue targets
