Job Description

To drive positive results by delivering IT strategy, policies and procedures in line with the Hyundai Motor company’s (HQ) and Hyundai Motor North America (HMNA) IT plan by collaborating with the North American subsidiaries to support the operational activities and the strategic short and long term objectives. Provide leadership for planning and tracking all IT project issue and schedules, establishing milestones and assigning RHQ management direction, identifying dependencies, execute, evaluate annual project reporting. Provide and monitor IT governance. Monitor/present emerging new technologies and partner. Instruct the IT strategies and direction to HMNA’s subsidiaries. Collaborate with HMNA’s subsidiaries for IT project review.

Job Qualifications

Master's degree a big plus
Five years of supervisory experience desired
3+ years of experience as IT strategic planner preferred
Prior automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
