Job Description

The Sr. Associate, IT & Connected Car Operations will serve a key role supporting the IT Strategy, Digital Business Planning and Connected Car organizations (DBPCO). Assist in the development of the annual DBPCO budget. Manage DBPCO budget and report monthly budget vs actual spending. Work with DBPCO management to create purchase orders for organization. Monitor, reconcile, and report on all aspects of IT budget. Work with HAEA Finance to address budget issues, manage cash flow and create predictability for routine operating expenses charged to DBP including proper allocation between HMA and GMA.. Review IT project ROI with business owners to ensure accuracy and completeness, and related review post-project with Finance. Assist with the implementation and monitoring of contracts between HAEA and its vendors to the extent directed by department management. Assist with key IT vendor management and transition as needed.

Job Qualifications

2+ years of experience developing and maintaining departmental budgets desired
4-5 years of experience of which at least three years of directly related experience in IT operations and/or Finance.
Strong financial background, including experience with budgets and financial reconciliations.
