
Associate, Benefits
Provide administrative support to Benefits Department. Respond to employee questions regarding Hyundai’s benefit programs. Support Benefits Manager in administration of 401(k) and pension plans. Administer Hyundai’s dependent care and healthcare Flexible Spending Account programs. Assist in administration of Hyundai’s wellness program. Review monthly premiums and supporting reports. Serve as back up for new hire benefits orientations and disability administration. Interact with carriers/broker/employee on employee problem resolution. Administer the Baby Car Seat Program & maintain car seat inventory. Assist with wellness programs such as the Annual Health Fair, fitness center, etc.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Two to four years of experience of which at least two years should be directly related in Human Resources.
Ability to maintain confidential nature of employee information and records.
