Payroll Specialist

Facilitate and lead payroll processing for multiple countries and/or regions to ensure adds, changes, and separations are accurately reflected. Serve as subject matter expert for payroll; guide and provide resolution to other payroll personnel when issues arise with payroll processing. Develop and document processes and procedures for payroll processing, including but not limited to expatriates, tax, and compliance. Provide problem resolution and follow-up to complex payroll inquiries by leaders, employees, terminated employees, and other human resources staff using significant experience and best practice knowledge; assist other payroll personnel with complex issues. Lead payroll tax compliance, including filing of quarterly and annual payroll tax reports, filing of amended reports, and obtaining necessary registrations, working directly with vendors to provide guidance and information. Lead the year-end payroll processes; coordinate payroll and benefit activities within team.
