Manage and direct all aspects of performance and compensation management for direct reports; provide coaching and development opportunities. Ensure a safe, clean and productive work environment by supervising assigned staff, including hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, development and performance management. Maintain a security program that includes onsite security and control systems. Manage utility costs by preparing departmental budgets and monitoring each budget. Inspect building structures and grounds to determine need for repairs or renovations. Ensure all mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems are well maintained and work efficiently. Provide support for space planning and furniture procurement. Develop and manage facility related budgets, both operational and capitalized expenditures, performing analysis and forecasting. Manage internal facility requests are handled in a timely manner. Maintain all federal/state/local code requirements as they relate to the physical building(s).
