Retail Sales Associate

We’re looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join the Hurley International team. Our retail store offers a wide selection of surfwear and lifestyle products, and our ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service. To be successful in this role, you must be a people person with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Educate customers on the features and benefits of Hurley International products.
3. Assist customers in selecting items that best meet their needs.
4. Process payments and handle returns/exchanges.
5. Monitor customer traffic in the store and respond to customer inquiries.
6. Ensure the store is kept neat and organized at all times.
7. Train and mentor new employees on best practices for customer service.
8. Assist with inventory management and product merchandising.
9. Create a positive experience for customers by providing personalized advice and assistance.
10. Follow company guidelines for sales and customer service.
