- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and values.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and address HR needs and challenges.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader to senior leadership on all HR matters.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all HR laws and regulations.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations for employee development and succession planning.
- Lead and manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and goals.
- Manage and oversee HR budget and resources.
- Uphold and promote the organization's values, culture, and mission.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 5 Years In A Senior-Level Role.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Employment Laws.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies And Initiatives That Align With The Organization's Goals And Objectives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships At All Levels Of The Organization. Shrm Certification Preferred.
